Global Child, INC Hiring for Chinese Teacher Job at Melrose, MA Full Time

Global Child offers before and/or after-school programs in Spanish, Italian, French & Mandarin Chinese. We also offer virtual classes in Sign Language, Arabic, German, Portuguese and Russian. We have been providing world languages classes since 1992.

The Global Child method allows children to learn another language in the same way they learn to speak in their native tongue; by listening, repeating, and speaking. Native teachers allow students the opportunity to learn authentic pronunciation and gain a broader perspective in cultural awareness.

We are currently offering our program in over 20 communities throughout Massachusetts. We are an independent organization, teaching children locally in both public and private schools throughout Massachusetts.

Classes meet once a week for 50 minutes. Typically, there are two semesters: a 10-week fall semester, starting the first week in October, and a 10 or 12-week winter/spring semester, starting the first week in February.

We are looking for Chinese teachers for Wilmintong and Melrose, Ma. We can offer up to 4 to 5 hours per week or as much as the teachers availabilty. Compensation is $50 per hour. This position is a perfect fit for teachers looking for a part-time.
