We are a fast-growing B2B e-commerce company headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Our core offering is a B2B e-commerce marketplace for big and bulky products with an emphasis in furniture, home fitness equipment, and home goods industries. We specialized in large item cloud fulfillment and drop shipping. We are looking for new collaborative individuals to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing excellent services to customers and maintaining relationships with clients.

Job Tasks:

Be able to handle an average 100 ~ 150 incoming and outgoing calls per Day.

Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers.

Schedule deliveries and verify the shipping information

Be able to provide Customer Inquiries and Quotation

Contact tracking to reroute or update the shipments.

Adhere to work schedule as a full time position.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Bilingual in Fluent English and Spanish is a must.

5+ year Customer service Representative experience

Professional telephone skills,1-2 call center experience

Highly organized

Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Tools Must

Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High school or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
