Gibault Children’s Services Hiring for Human Resources Coordinator Job at Terre Haute, IN Full Time

Position Summary: The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the administrative duties of the human resources department and providing support to all employees. In addition, the Human Resources Coordinator serves as the immediate back-up for the employee payroll process.

Performance Standards:

• Verify the completion and proper routing of all employee related forms, reference checks, criminal records checks, drivers checks, and other required personnel information.
• Complete Human Resources related logging and tracking.
• Manage and enforce the consistent application of Gibault’s employee attendance policies.
• Conduct exit interviews with staff leaving the corporation.
• Monitor and order department office supplies.
• Serve as a back-up to the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, assisting with all payroll and benefit related functions.
• Assist with Gibault’s employee recruitment and hiring process, including but not limited to: scheduling interview and new hire paperwork appointments, reference and background checks, and assisting with hiring packets.
• Complete and document quarterly audits of current personnel files.
• Maintain I-9 forms and discard process.
• Assist in the preparation of the quarterly Personnel Data Analysis reports.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 1 year of human resources or related experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Submit to and pass required background checks.
