RCB Career Management Services is seeking (1)
an Associate Director – Strategic Partnerships & Immersive Programs to lead the Student Engagement and Program Management
activities for the following Immersive Programs under the direction of the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Immersive Programs and
with the support of a program manager.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Associate Director
will plan, implement, and evaluate the following activities: student marketing, recruitment, selection process management, student
professional development events, external site visits, resume books, and program assessment associated with these Immersive Programs.
Strategic Partners – Talent Recruitment Activities:
The Associate Director reports to the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Immersive Programs role,
supervises a new Program Manager role and operates with a high degree of independence, manages a variety of major events and signature
programs, exercises sound judgment and effectively builds credibility internally and externally.
As part of the continuing
evolution and growth of the college, this role aligns with Accelerate 2025, the College’s strategic plan, which calls for the development of
additional external partnerships.

students/candidates to engage in challenging professional development, which includes prep sessions designed to prepare students to shine
during stretch experiences.

This position is eligible for a flexible schedule and
hybrid remote working that meets the needs of the employees and Robinson College.
– USG Retirement Options:
Optional Retirement Plan
ORP is a 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan. Employees contribute 6% and USG contributes 9.24% to the
plan. Employees are immediately vested.
Teacher Retirement System
TRS is a Defined Benefit Plan, a traditional
public pension plan. Employees contribute 6% and USG contributes 19.81% to the plan. Your retirement benefit is calculated by factoring
years of service, final salary and 2% multiplier. Employees are vested after 10 years.
