Overview
The Workforce & Leadership Development Programs Facilitator is an ambassador of the Electric Boat purpose and mission. At EB, facilitators have a tremendous opportunity to play a critical role by helping employees and leaders develop their skills and foster talent development. The facilitator is an instrumental partner responsible for leading, implementing and executing Electric Boat’s crucial New Hire Orientation & Onboarding strategy, as well as the delivery of training to leaders advancing their careers. In addition to delivering training programs, the facilitator helps ensure that the scheduling and coordination of training makes for a seamless experience for new hires and participants.

The position will support both the Groton and Quonset Point locations, with travel required to sites. This position may be required to work 2nd shift as the needs of the business dictate.
