Gastroenterology of the Rockies Hiring for Payment Processor Clerk Job at Louisville, CO Full Time

About Us:

Medamorph, LLC is looking for a Full Time Payment Processor to work in our Billing Department in Louisville, CO. Medamorph, LLC is a medical administrative support company facilitating administrative responsibilities for one of Boulder County’s largest and fastest growing Gastroenterology practices.

Responsibilities:

* Post daily cash receipts, including but not limited to cash, check, credit cards, and insurance company payments.

• Prepare daily receipt reconciliation and corresponding deposit slip.
• Researches each payment to ensure its application to the correct account(s). Reviews all unidentifiable payments with management as they occur.
• Verifies approvals by the credit card company on all credit card payments. Reports any rejections to management and resolves these situations in a timely manner.
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

* HS diploma or equivalent

• 2-4yrs experience in medical billing and collections
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to analyze problems and determine solutions
• Team player, with ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and medical office software products, (Intergy preferred)
