Gannett Fleming Hiring for Business Development & Marketing Specialist at Camp Hill, PA  Full Time

BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative and special project support to the BDM Group and BDM Leadership team. This will include foundational framework items to ensure the group functions efficiently in compliance with company policies and in delivering the services in business development, marketing, communications, and visual design.
• Administrative support framework directed by the BDM Administrative Manager.
• Special projects/initiatives, in support of the groups and leadership team needs and service delivery, to be directed by the BDM Administrative Manager and/or Corporate Business Development Director.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist with the development and implementation of BD&M standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes and service delivery. This includes documentation, training, and user support.
• Lead and/or participate in identified projects and working groups.
• Support the operational efficiencies of the group using existing and new technologies. Examples: workload and resource management tool; finance system, CRM system; team collaboration tools
• Report generation (existing and support development of new as needed) to surface data to support BDM Leadership team and business development processes. Knowledge of internal systems is required (financial, personnel – HUB, CRM, and BDM related systems)
  • BDM Group compliance reports for alignment to policies and procedures (timecards, training courses, job # charging, expenses, PTO max accruals, etc.)
  • BDM Group financial and performance metrics
  • Sales and BD reports in CRM
  • Input, as defined and appropriate, into appropriate systems
• Organization of material/files for informational management at group administrative level
• Facilitate communication of organizational storage of group procedures, best practices and informational documents. Coordinate and organize information in identified Sharepoint Sites and servers.
• Support human resource duties, such a s new hire and termination paperwork, new hire onboarding and orientation, timesheet and expense report monitoring
• Support regular Town Hall meetings, facilitate content and presentation development as well as technical support on the meeting platform
• Perform various routine and ad hoc clerical duties in support of team deliverables

Education | Experience:

EDUCATION AND LICENSING REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS Degree; Business Administration preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in Office Administration and Business Development relevant experience in a related industry.

TRAINING, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook & Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• MS Dynamics or other CRM application training
• BST or other financial system training
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial and sales concepts
• Project management skills in a cross-functional team setting in a virtual setting
• Excellent verbal and writing skills and strong interpersonal communicator to interact with diverse personalities
• Ability to identify natural gaps between people, processes, tools when given a goal framework; resourceful problem- solver and reliable team player
• Strong work ethic with an emphasis on delivering service at the highest level
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
