We are seeking outgoing individuals with a passion for our Remote Travel and Tourism Opportunity to join our team. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients by preparing amazing travel packages to not just meet, but exceed their needs and expectations. • Roles & Responsibilities
• Research, Create and Execute exceptional itineraries for clients
• Review client preferences for travel to ensure you can curate a trip specially designed to meet their needs
• Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certifications to book travel
• Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations
• Create promotional materials to utilize
• Monitor CDC and Travel restrictions
• Book travel needs (air charters, ground transportation, hotel/resort accommodations, cruise/yachting, optional excursions with ticket/event sales, etc.)
• Effectively communicate with clients pre/post-travel
• Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
• Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be authorized to work within the United States
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)
• Must have a computer or laptop with internet access and Smart Phone
• Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also a plus, but not required
