Job Description:

Under the advisement of the Director of Student Housing, the Associate Director of Fraternity &
Sorority Life is responsible for the oversight, implementation, management and facilitation of Fraternity & Sorority Life programming
for student leaders and members of the FSL community. This role will need to develop critical relationships of trust and respect with the
fraternity/sorority and College community, international and national headquarters, and campus partners.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the advisement, leadership development and general administration for all Greek-letter organizations, including,
  without limitation, the panhellenic, interfraternity, multicultural and academic Greek-letter organizations and the governing Panhellenic
  Council, Interfraternity Council, and All-Greek Council. This advisement shall include mentoring and guiding student leaders on their
  activities, positions, membership recruitment activities, risk management, hazing education, membership education, and leadership
  development initiatives. Oversee and engage student workers.
• Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with chapter
  advisers, advisory boards, alumni and national headquarters, while also collaborating with relevant stakeholders on the upkeep and
  maintenance of fraternity and sorority houses.
• Manage website, Ampersand page, social media communications and marketing. Oversee
  budgets, including expenditures, reconciliation, and fiscal planning while preparing reports, proposals and recommendations in compliance
  with international governance requirements, chapter standards, and relevant policies and best practices.
• Closely collaborate with
  Student Affairs professionals on student leadership, risk management, student conduct and restorative conflict resolution.
• All
  other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s
  Degree.
• At least 1-3 years of professional work experience working with Fraternity & Sorority Life programs or related Student
  Affairs role.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Slides) and databases.
• Ability and willingness to
  provide excellent service and to work in a collegial manner with students, faculty and staff, and other constituencies is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Student Development or related
  field.
• 4-7 years working with Fraternity & Sorority Life programs and initiatives and student organizations. 

Additional Information:

Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of reference checks, a
