As part of our growing Education Services team, you will engage with our clients as a full-time consultant/seminar presenter in the Education Services practice area of FORVIS and will spend your time presenting and developing/editing content, as well as providing advisory services helping our clients navigate the complexities of financial regulatory compliance.

How you will Contribute:

• High level of understanding of banking-related compliance regulations
• Professional-quality presentation and content development skills
• Ability to maintain superior rapport with attendees and other team members
• Extensive travel (less than 50% but willingness to travel up to 75%)

• Excellent writing skills for content development
• Peer review and presentation

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area
• 10 years or more of relevant banking experience
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
• Expert knowledge of regulatory requirements with lending, deposits, AML/BSA, and enterprise regulations, such as, but not limited to Reg Z/TILA, RESPA, Flood/FDPA, FCRA, FDCPA, SCRA, Military Lending Act/MLA, Reg M, SAFE Act, Reg CC, Reg E, E-Sign, CAN-SPAM, Reg P/Privacy, FCPA, Fair Lending, CRA, HMDA, Fair Banking, UDAAP, and mortgage origination/servicing
• Excellent speaking and presentation skills with extensive public speaking experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Regulatory background or legal profession experience
• Industry recognized compliance certification(s):
• ABA-Certified AML and Fraud Professional (CAFP)
• ACAMS Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
• ABA Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
• NACHA Accredited ACH Professional (AAP)
