Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of Athletics Development/Senior Associate Director of
Athletics, the Director of Athletics Development/Associate Director of Athletics works closely with colleagues within DAUR and Athletics
Department to maximize philanthropic support for Fordham Athletics. Frequent evening and weekend work and/or travel is required for related
sporting events, DAUR functions, and other University events during some seasons. The Director Athletics Development, will conduct him or
herself in the spirit of DAUR’s core values and within the boundaries of NCAA rules and regulations.

Supervises
the work of other Fordham employees who are individual contributors. Responsible for hiring, training and developing, managing performance
and administering corrective action. Has significant input in compensation decisions.

Minimum Starting Salary:
$95,000
Maximum Starting Salary: $115,000
Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications,
experience, and skills.
