Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers to ensure we exceeded their service expectations.

• Track customer concerns and work with the service advisors and managers to resolve potential issues

• Greet service customers and answer phones as needed

Qualifications

• Prior dealership experience preferred, but not mandatory

• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer

• Ability to work with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions

• Must be self-motivated and have good written and oral communication skills.

• Must conduct his / herself in a professional manner.

• The understanding and use of Microsoft programs and applications.

• Good organizational and time management skills
