Job Summary:
Partners with site leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Responsible for administering HR Policies, Procedures and record keeping relating to all phases of human resources. Manage the coordination of the Human Resources Information and related record-keeping functions to support the informational needs of the business.
