College of Medicine, Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences B.S. Program
Responsibilities
This OPS position will be responsible for providing direct administrative support with daily management and coordination of activities for the Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences Division administrative office, including assisting with printing, faxing, and photocopying materials. This role will promote an atmosphere of teamwork in accomplishing the mission and goals of the IMS Division. Other duties will include:
Qualifications
High school diploma/equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in an office/clerical environment.

Anticipated Salary Range
$12/hour

Schedule: 15 – 20 hrs/week based on need during the office hours of Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
