Responsibilities
Supervises, plans, schedules, and coordinates the operation of the Facilities Customer Services Center, including oversight of the AiM computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and other systems related to work orders and customer service. Serves as the primary customer relations liaison for Facilities. Supervises and develops the Facilities Customer Services Center and Operations & Maintenance, Utilities, Building Services, and Grounds administrative support staff.
Oversees systems involved with work orders and customer service, including AiM CMMS (work order system) and other related systems/procedures. Supports systematic operations and maintenance practices (planned maintenance, commissioning, etc.) to optimize the performance and service life of building systems. Supports development/implementation/utilization of AiM CMMS for maintenance planning and scheduling. Coordinates development and implementation of automated Planned Maintenance Work Order Program and Equipment Catalog (Asset Inventory).
Ensures the accuracy of the AiM databases accessed by Facilities’ users and customers. Analyzes, monitors, and evaluates the operation of the software. Anticipates and determines appropriate directions and methods to resolve user/system problems. Identifies and oversees system standards and ensures staff adherence to data entry standards and expectations. Recommends customization Recommends customization requirements. Trains staff in operations.
Establishes and maintains a positive and cooperative working relationship with members of Facilities and campus community; effectively performs in a service environment. Maintains situational awareness of real-time information flowing through the Customer Services Center.
Monitors budgets and reconciles statements. Purchases equipment and supplies. Understands/applies FSU account tracking system; understands/monitors billable/general funded services. Implements surveys. Performs reporting needs assessment. Provides reporting of metrics, dashboards, and reports to supervisory personnel.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and six years of experience related to administrative services; or a high school diploma/equivalent and ten years in the same area.
(Note: or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to ten years in the same.)

Anticipated Salary Range
The minimum hiring salary for this position is commensurate with experience and education.
