The Applications Support Specialist provides technical expertise to business end users in the form of application-centric support, training, and documentation. Serves as the point person for incoming workstation/application issues and is responsible for troubleshooting, tracking, and closing out issues.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from an accredited two-year college or university with a degree in Information Technology or related field desired; or high school diploma with a minimum of two years computer or applications support experience. Knowledge of ASI iMIS Membership Management Software a plus.
