Job Summary
The Training Delivery Specialist V is responsible for delivering formal instructor-led (classroom, event and virtual) training, facilitating discussions to support the implementation of informal training solutions, and providing coaching and performance-based feedback to trainers enabling them to perform the requirements of their roles while maximizing their skills and proficiency level. The Specialist V may also design and develop ad hoc training programs and materials related to various projects. Individuals in the Specialist V role are expected to volunteer for additional responsibilities such as projects, workgroups, leading a Train-the-Trainer workshop and/or presentation. A Sr. Trainer is encouraged to take the lead role in groups. Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of training/facilitation experience.
Important Note: This role supports the teams, agencies, and businesses based in the Central Fl area, thus the selected candidate for this role must live within a commutable range. Preferably our team is looking for a candidate along the I-4 corridor from Orlando to Tampa. The candidate selected for this role is required to be bilingual in Spanish. Interviews and training presentations will be conducted in both Spanish and English throughout the duration of the recruiting process. This role is considered hybrid as training is completed virtually; however, this position does have a heavy travel component as our team member travels to different business units to meet with stakeholders (50-75% travel). What You Will Be Doing:
Strong communication and presentation skills that include exceptional active listening skills, nonverbal communication skills, and the proven ability to select the right medium and deliver with clarity, other required attributes include showing empathy, respect, being open-minded, accepting and delivering appropriate feedback, as well as being approachable.
What You Must Have:
5+ years related work experience. Experience Details: training, sales, education facilitation
Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Bilingual in Spanish, written and verbal.
Bachelors degree in training, education, human resources, business, or other related fields.
5 plus years of training delivery/facilitation experience in an in person environment which includes 2 or more years experience in virtual classroom facilitation.
Ability to obtain FL 2-15 License within 90 days of employment
Seasoned knowledge of adult learning theory & principles
Seasoned knowledge of instructional design process (i.e. ADDIE, RAPID) with ability to demonstrate practical application of principles.
Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design methods (Dick & Carey, MLRK)
Seasoned written and verbal communication skills which includes demonstrated ability to facilitate training.
Ability to address non routine of requests and/or solve non routine business-related issues.
Ability to complete multiple assignments in a compressed timeframe.
Ability to work in a fluid environment where business and organizational direction changes occurs frequently.
Ability to interpret business related results into actionable items for individual growth and development.
Ability to quickly develop business relationships.
Ability to provide feedback to elevate the performance level of an individual or team.
What We Would Prefer:
2-15 FL License, current and active
Bachelor’s degree Related field
Bachelor degree in training, education, or human resources 7 or more years of experience delivering training to non-exempt and exempt employee audiences 1 or more years of management experience in a lead or supervisory role Knowledge of Florida Blue health and ancillary products and systems Industry recognized facilitator certification is preferred (i.e. ATD Certification, Achieve Global, etc.)

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $72,300 – $80,000
Annualized Salary Range: $72,300 – $117,500
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
