FL.
Summary of Responsibilities Include:
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher from an
accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of experience working in a Human Resources unit or similar
required.
· Experience in job analysis and position description management.
· Experience conducting salary
studies and market surveys.
· Extensive knowledge of the Fair Labor Standards Act required.
· Proficiency
in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Excellent verbal and written communication
skills.
· Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
· Preferred
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in a public/governmental organization or higher education institution.
·
Experience with large scale compensation processes such as merit and bonus events.
· Experience working with Workday HCM or
comparable HRIS preferred.
· Ability to use independent decision making and judgement to positively impact business needs.
· HRCI or SHRM certification preferred.
· Experience supervising staff preferred.
