The Customer Service Associate will work in a team environment and report directly to the Sales Manager and will be based in our offices in Cutchogue, NY.

A Customer Service Associate’s job entails providing information about the products and services of the company to the clients to increase the company sales and to develop or maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Keep track of inventory vs order orders, and optimize product and workflow.

If you are good with numbers, accurate, enjoy talking to customers, and seek a fast-paced environment where your skills will be used every day and feel a great sense of accomplishment, this job is for you.

Your day-to-day activities will include reaching out to Produce Distributors with whom we already have relationships, receiving their orders, and working in collaboration with the production team to succeed. You will have a critical impact on our success, and your input will be heard and expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
