About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our credit solutions as we change the way the world banks. You will examine processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will provide requirements to technical teams and will oversee processes that will guide clients through the projects while you coach them through setup and integration.
About the team:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you’ll be working closely with Project Managers and peers on the team, as well as, supplier teams. You’ll be part of a collaborative team who works closely together to share knowledge and support one another.
What you will be doing:
* Conducting client discussions to assess requirements for software utilization.
* Facilitating working sessions to aid clients in completion of setup forms for the credit platform, as well as complimentary products and enhancements.
Working with supplier teams to provide requirements as outlined by the customer.
* Coordinating technical teams who will perform tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.
* Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly.
* Coordinate training for customers on new systems and procedures.
What you will need:
* The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and keep track of a number of tasks, timelines and delivery dates at any given time.
* A bachelor’s in business or a related field or the equivalent experience.
