The Banking Solutions and Capital Markets Sales team is seeking a Digital & Onboarding Sales Coach to build and facilitate a world-class digital sales and onboarding training program across the globe to equip sellers with training and resources to reduce ramp time and drive sales consistency and success.
As the Sales Coach you will mentor new business development and sales executives, designing individual and team training courses, and preparing educational materials. This role will coach primarily via Teams in a virtual classroom setting or through other asynchronous training methods. By leveraging a solid understanding of sales best practices coupled with sales tools and process discipline, the Sales Coach will mentor and train a dynamic and fast-paced team of Digital sales representatives of varying skill levels. This role will also support the onboarding and orientation of sales new hires across both the field and digital sales organization globally driving sales success through knowledge and applications of tools, processes, resources and a value-based selling best practice sales methodology.
