Recruiter
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for overall management of recruitment activities which includes sourcing, recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with Human Resources to develop best practices, corporate strategies, standard processes and procedures and over-see all program needs
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Source candidates and work with firms to identify candidate pool
Screen resumes
Perform in person and phone interviews with candidates
Administer appropriate company assessment
Develop and execute recruitment strategy, including business unit specific targets
Adhere to and comply with employment regulations and EEO/AAP goals
Provide career coaching and counseling to employees and managers regarding performance issues
Perform background checks
Make recommendations to hiring managers
Coordinate interview with hiring manager
Maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges and industry associations
Complete timely reports on employment activities
Conduct stay interviews with new hires
Conduct exit interviews with terminating employees
Works with compensation to evaluate and identify salary guidelines
Performs related duties as assigned. Regular and consistent attendance is required.

Job Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent career experience, 1-2+ years of recruitment experience. Possesses knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programs, policies, and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Understanding of legislation related to Human Resources. Verbal and written communication skills to communicate credibly and effectively. Experience with HRIS software. Ability to treat confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Adheres to the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) policies and procedures related to NIST 800-171 and completes all required CUI Awareness training, which includes collection, processing/handling, transmission, storage, and general safeguarding practices.
Preferred: Experience using SuccessFactors, manufacturing industry experience
