In this role your training and onboarding provides an opportunity to learn about Fidelity and build skills, experiences, and connections that will help advance your career. You’ll help customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own financial dreams. You will assist our clients with a broad range of needs including answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades for a variety of securities.

In the Entry Level Customer Service role, you play a critical role educating our customers and ensuring they have an excellent experience. This full-time hourly position answering phone calls offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on the business needs and your availability.
