WAGES AND BENEFITS
$50,000 – $60,000 annual salary; generous vacation (3 weeks in year 1, increasing after) and sick time policies, plus 9 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays per year; competitive health, dental, life and disability and vision insurance; short- and long-term disability insurance; retirement matching at 3% with immediate vesting.
SCHEDULE
This position works during normal business hours and is located at the Minneapolis office. Additionally, this position has the opportunity to be hybrid. We would like the Young Parent Program Manager to have visibility in the community and have open availability for work events in the early evenings.
A Typical Day in the Life…
A typical day as FamilyWise’s Young Parent Program Manager provides an opportunity to manage services for families, supervise staff, complete reporting requirements, and coordinate referrals and staffing. Bright Beginnings is FamilyWise’s Youth Parenting Program, serving pregnant and/or parenting youth up to the age of 24 that are interested in parent education, mentoring and group parent education classes.
