Our programs help families build resiliency, identify and harness their strengths, and connect to other resources. We promote individual and community-led actions that enhance supports for children, parents, and families across Minnesota.

Wages & Benefits
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour; paid Earned Sick and Safe Time; participation in the agency-sponsored retirement savings plan.
Schedule
This position requires work at FamilyWise centers in Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as remotely at community locations (such as a parent’s home, community center, library, etc.). Evening and weekend availability is required. A minimum of 6 scheduled hours per week is required. At least one weekend on-call shift per month is required.
A Typical Day in the Life…
A typical day as FamilyWise’s Supervised Parenting Monitor provides an opportunity to foster the development of healthy family relationships by facilitating visitations and providing parent education curriculum to the families served. The Monitor must document the family visits which are held in a center, community setting or the parents’ place of residence, as identified by court order or case plan.
