Falcon Retail Solutions, LLC is a retail merchandising and installation support company. Our teams of field associates travel across the United States completing retail store remodels, retail store resets, retail merchandising and fixture installations.

As a Recruiter on our team, you will be responsible for collaborating internally and externally with clients on a regular basis to proactively identify current and future hiring needs. Our ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and experience of full cycle recruiting, best practices, state and federal compliance, and high-volume recruiting.

Role

Some of the primary daily duties include:

• Manage full cycle recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles
• Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on company goals and needs
• Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
• Assist in the development and streamlining of recruitment policy and procedure to build consistency and continuity
• Administer recruiting measures and provide analysis and recommendations for adjusting techniques and strategies to meet targets.
• Prepare recruitment materials following employer branding strategy and post jobs utilizing ats system and other methods
• Source and recruit candidates by utilizing multi-channel approach
• Build talent networks to source qualified active and passive candidates
• Foster high-touch relationships by acting as point of contact for candidates to build and maintain company’s reputation and culture of a place of Trust, Integrity, and Belonging
• Maintain databases of candidate and active workforce records
• Other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Three or more years of proven experience in recruitment
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Proficiency in English (other language skills encouraged).
• Strong discretion and confidentiality.
• Available to travel to various office and field locations when required
• The ability to pass background, work history verification, and drug screening checks.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred

Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year plus bonus pay structure
