EXPRO Security Hiring for Security Officer Job at McKinney, TX Full Time

We are seeking a Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a firm understanding of security operations and a background in law enforcement or military. You’ll be responsible for protecting our property from vandalism, theft and trespassers by monitoring, patrolling and responding to security breaches.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol areas to prevent crime.
• Respond to calls for help from security staff or customers.
• Identify and apprehend intruders, shoplifters, and other criminals.
• Monitor CCTV cameras.
• Use a multi-channel radio to communicate with security staff and law enforcement officials.
• Be in good physical health.
• Maintain proficiency in firearms and Defensive Tactics.

License/Certification:

• Level II Security License
• Level III Security License (Preferred)

Minimum Qualifications:

• No Class B Misdemeanor convictions within the past 5 years
• No Class A Misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years
• No Felony level convictions
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Must Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to legally work in the United States

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
