Seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide daily support for employee workstations, software systems and networks to ensure proper functioning to support our growing company. Minimizes downtime and maximizes utility for employees to ensure we have the technology we need to achieve our goals and execute our initiatives on a day-to-day basis. Takes a proactive approach to ensure the department is answering the IT needs of today while planning for those in the future.
This position has room to grow and develop outside of general IT help desk duties, remote capabilities up to 1 day a week.
