Customer Care Representative

Technology company is seeking a Customer Care Representative to manage and answer customer phone calls and emails, with a focus on entering service calls and submitting sales orders. They will be expected to assist the customer and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner while showing empathy and understanding. The Customer Care Representative will also act as a back-up for side tasks or duties that the administrative team may need help with.

Tasks and Responsibilities

· Take supply orders from customers.

· Prepare supply quotes for customers.

· Take service calls from customers.

· Track shipments, research and solve issues with customer orders.

· Trouble shoot with customer over the phone on service call issues

· Assist Administration Team with side tasks/duties

Education and Experience

· High School Diploma or GED

· Experience in Customer Service

· Proficient in using Computers for Data Entry and Management

· Familiarity with Phone Systems

· Excellent Communication skills

· Dedicated to Customer Satisfaction

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong Multi-tasking Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Microsoft Office Suite Products: 3 years (Preferred)
