Job Description: Benefit Administration Specialist
The Benefit Administration Specialist position is responsible for coordinating directly with customers and insurance broker partners to gather details of the client’s benefit offerings, eligibility rules and administration processes. They will configure the customized benefit administration and enrollment platform to these specifications. The benefit administration specialist is also expected to provide ongoing customer service support for change requests and process improvements.
