Job Description: Benefit Administration Client Service Representative
A Benefit Administration Client Service Representative is responsible for communicating with clients and carriers to assist with a variety of benefit-related questions, escalating potential system issues to other team members and therefore possesses excellent follow-through skills to manage a high volume of short and long-term projects to the point of completion.
