4Ever Young, the fastest growing Anti-Aging, Preventive and Vitality center in the nation, is searching for an energetic, enthusistic, professional, and dependable Appointment Setter and Scheduler to join our Sales Team.

Our ideal candidate is able to use their business knowledge and charm to engage potential customers and increase sales through canvassing and outbound calling. This is a results-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success.

Appointment Setter Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads
• Cold call potential clients
• Manage calls and information request from new prospects
• Provide information to potential clients
• Schedule appointments for Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy and Aesthetics Services
• Follow-Up on leads and schedule appointments
• Facilitate guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately and efficiently
• Provide brief consultations to patients on topics such as weight loss, nutrition, and other health-related topics
• Communicate clearly and frequently with coworkers to enhance cohesion of the entire team
• You will be responsible for placing x ≥ 80 calls/day, and set x ≥ 8 appointments/day
• Successful candidate should be very professional, punctual, reliable and accountable for quality of their work; be warm, kind and friendly yet efficient and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Telemarketing or sales experience (preferred)
• Good phone etiquette
• Basic computer proficiency
• 6 months experience in the medical field
• Dermatology and/or Weightloss Treatment experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Positive and energetic personality
• Reliable and dependable attendance record
• Completely Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Pay: $600.00 – $1,100.00 per week
