EVCO PLASTICS Hiring for Computer Technician/Network Assistant Job at DeForest Full Time

The Computer Technician/Network Assistant is responsible for providing company wide support for software and hardware under the Supervision of IS Manager.

Qualifications – Required:

· Associates Degree in Information Systems or related field

· Two years minimum in PC hardware, set-up and diagnostics

· Proficiency in deployment and administration of Windows 7/10/11 OS in Enterprise Environment

· Software: Microsoft Office product/Manufacturing software/ Network diagnostics software

Responsibilities:

· Treat all internal and external contacts with uncompromising respect and integrity under all circumstances

· Diagnose & resolve network / printer problems, computer hardware problems, email and Internet access problems

· Provide one on one end-user problem resolution over the phone, via email, or in person

· Provide Level 1& 2 “Help Desk” support and maintain database

· Install and reroute cable as directed

· PC maintenance and configuration

· May be required to come in during off hours to respond to emergency situations

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems

· Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization

Preferred:

· Knowledge of Windows Server Infrastructure and Microsoft Active Directory in an Enterprise Environment
