Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities (Summary)
We are seeking a Cloud Services Administrator to join our team to assist with the implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of the company’s cloud services and other IT systems. This includes but not limited to all Microsoft 365 services (Azure, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, ATP, etc.), current and new ERP systems, (currently Deltek Costpoint), current and new CRM systems, (currently SharePoint and SharePoint Online), as well as any future systems, i.e., Salesforce and Salesforce integrations.

In this role, you will work with internal and external teams to install, configure, and implement new cloud applications into production, and maintain these applications throughout production by providing support for technical issues of all cloud-based products outside the scope of basic support issues.

Additionally, you will be tasked with evaluating emerging technologies to meet identified business process problems by translating business requirements into functional technical specifications.

• Assist with the implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of the company’s cloud services.
• Work with internal and external teams to install, convert, and implement new cloud applications.
• Researches, evaluates, and recommends possible cloud service selections and related tools of new and emerging technologies to meet identified business process problems.
• Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Supports technical issues of all cloud-based products outside the scope of basic support issues.
• Work with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal performance of cloud-based systems and applications.
• Prepares documentation including change control documents, technical manuals, user or operator instructions, and system flow charts for cloud related applications.
• Assists with designing, developing, and conducting training classes on cloud-based software applications used by other IT staff and application users.
• Works on complex, major or highly visible tasks in support of multiple projects that require multiple areas of expertise.
• Monitor and maintain system performance, including implementing and testing system backups and disaster recovery procedures.

Secondary Responsibilities (Summary)
In addition to these primary responsibilities, you will also provide assistance on technical projects not cloud based related or partially cloud based related, such as the roll-out of NIST and CMMC frameworks, network infrastructure upgrades, and endpoint management.

• Serve as a high-level technical resource and mentor for the user/desktop support team.
• Serve as a backup to support role positions in the event those positions become vacant or are out for the day.
• Provide assistance on technical projects not cloud based related or partially cloud based related, for example the roll-out of NIST and CMMC frameworks.
• Assist with network related installs, and support, such as the upgrade of core switches and firewalls.
• Assist with any task reasonably related to Information Technology deemed necessary at the time by a senior level member of the Information Technology department or Managing Partner of the company.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up to date on new technologies and best practices in cloud computing.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with design/installation/administration of cloud based services, including all primary Microsoft 365 services, (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, etc.)
• Experience with cloud based ERP and CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in technical documentation and training
• Ability to work on complex, major tasks that require multiple areas of expertise
• Previous desktop support experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Pertinent IT vendor certifications

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
