We’re hiring!!! Enhanced Electrical Services is a fun, fast-growing locally owned and operated family business. We are consistently busy year-round. We believe in loyalty to not only our customers but our staff as well.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that has an outgoing personality that is passionate about taking care of customers, national vendors and our technicians. The ideal candidate would have the following traits/skills.

• A desire to learn and ability retain/apply what they have learned and apply that learning to customer/technician situations.
• Ability stay organized with extreme attention to detail, follow through and timeliness
• Take very detailed notes and decipher notes received by technician
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Computer literacy and ability to research information as needed
• Team player with a willingness to jump in help with other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative duties include but are not limited to the following.

• Answer Phones and return voicemails
• Handle customer inquiries via text message, emails and online submissions
• Schedule service calls and work orders
• Obtain permits for projects and schedule services with utilities
• Manage work orders for National Vendor accounts
• Review status of work completed and prepare for invoicing
• Invoice customers for services provided
• Collect payments from customers

No electrical experience is necessary but willingness to learn “concepts and lingo” is a must.

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check

Complete an in person aptitude test
