Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is searching for an IT Customer Service Specialist (help desk support) to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Location: 6688 North Central Expwy, Dallas, TX 75206
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, may need to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is searching for an IT Customer Service Specialist (help desk support) to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Location: 6688 North Central Expwy, Dallas, TX 75206
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, may need to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Answer the information technology (IT) customer service phone line throughout each business day
- Monitor the IT customer service voicemail ticket queue
- Provide basic support to IT departments, including mobile devices and the installed apps, computers and the installed software, printers, fax machines, and all other hardware
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and team-centered customer service approach in every interaction
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of related work experience.
- Must have customer support experience answering the phone, including support of end-users.
- Must have demonstrated experience working with mobile device hardware and software and computer hardware and software.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and must convey thoughts in a way easily understood.
- Must have the ability to interact positively with levels of personnel across all functions and must be a self-starter who requires minimum supervision.
