The HRIS and Process Advisor is primarily responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the HRIS. The HRIS and Process Advisor ensures the data integrity and maintenance of employee information in SAP/SuccessFactors for all of the US based employees, while also having involvement in implementation and configurations, including integrations, maintaining the system, implementing process improvements, ensuring data quality, training functional and end users, and analyzing and reporting on the data in the HR technology platforms. The HRIS and Process Advisor plays a key role in the organization by ensuring efficient operation of the HR technology applications and collaborating with all areas of Human Resources (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll/Benefits) to analyze and document current processes and procedures with a consultative approach to improve the efficiency of the HR practices within SAP/SuccessFactors. This role also partners with the IT department and HR SAP/SuccessFactors users in the United States along with the Corporate HRMS team in Calgary, Alberta.
