As patient liaison coordinator, you will act as a liaison between the patient and the dentist and are responsible for ensuring that procedures go smoothly, both before and after they happen. Therefore, you must be a great communicator, who is able to work independently while planning and prioritizing daily tasks.

We are looking for someone who is high energy, exceedingly well organized, diplomatic, flexible and resourceful with the ability to problem solve. Responsibilities

• Register new patients
• Schedule procedures with patients
• Perform follow ups with patients on past and future procedures
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Manage paperwork associated with procedures and patients
• Daily financial reconciliation of accounts
• Arrange billing and schedule structuring
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Keep reception area neat and clean
• Special projects as assigned
• Additional responsibilities as needed and as appropriate

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in Dental Specialty (Preferred)
