Embroidery Zone Hiring for Customer Experience Manager Job at Napa, CA Full Time

The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible to create and maintain the “touch points” with customers throughout their experience with 707 when requesting quotes, determining job specifics, understanding the terms and conditions of the quote, and following the process throughout their experience with 707. The CEM is responsible for training and developing new Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s), monitoring their performance, assisting them in generating the quotes and assuring that the customer experience is positive throughout the order when the quote is accepted and being produced. The CEM also maintains their own customer base for service and participates in accepting new inquiries for quotes from new potential customers. The customer experience is finished when the quote is followed up for acceptance, and, if accepted, maintained throught the production, delivery, billing and follow up to thank the customer for thier order and receiving feedback on the services provided.

Pay: $56,491.00 – $62,083.00 per year
