What you will do.
In addition to providing direct nursing care to our residents, you will make unit rounds on every hall each night.
Chart and document.
Receive/give the nursing report at the end of the shift.
You will also provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your shift.
Create and maintain an atmosphere of positivity, as well as a calm environment throughout the shift.
Hold nursing staff to a high level of care and hold accountable if not met.
