Staff VP Portfolio Planning/Program Execution
Location: Within 50 miles of Elevance Health Pulse Point office with preference for East or Central Region.
Summary
Staff VP Portfolio Planning/Program Execution will lead, coordinate and align business development with Health Solutions Operations: including but not limitied to, Carelon Pull Through, New Co and Integrations/Migrations and New Growth Initiatives. Role will collaborate with key executive leadership across the enterprise as well as effectively manage relationships with leadership team, Finance, IT and Digital. Will also engage in all strategic/innovative solutions to support our Health Solutions Operations strategy.
Team Scope
Up to 15 individual contributor direct reports.
Key Matrix Partners
Health Solution Operations business leaders and their supporting teams.
Enterprise growth partners and other shared services that support new business development opportunities and implementations.
Position Responsibilities
Manage HSO business development portfolio, ensuring portfolio is transparent on status, budget, value, resources, operational impacts, etc.
Partner with HSO and other enterprise partners to intake, triage and implement new markets, new networks, migrations, acquisitions, etc.
Support team associates to program manage the portfolio to ensure initiative is delivered on time, in budget, with committed value
Support team associates to be empowered and embrace ELV cultural values to ensure leaders, resources and barriers are outlined and addressed timely, delivering on commitments and execution
Support other shared service, growth partners and market level P&Ls to transition initiative into the business for sustainable delivery (aka. Business as usual)
Strategically partner and document future strategies and innovation for Health Solution Operations
Position Requirements
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years’ experience, which includes strategic planning; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
5 years of healthcare experience, can be in tech.
5 years in portfolio business development experience.
College degree

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $162,400.00 to $292,320.00.
