Description
Location:
Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection, with the minimum in-office commitment being 1-3 days in an office per week.
Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
Responsible for supporting business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing programs, projects and initiatives, such as provider data management, implementation of new tool suites and operational processes, or other provider initiatives as well as market and regulatory driven updates.
Provide subject matter expertise in regard to strategic initiatives, may act as a liaison to IT or other internal and external business partners, be a corporate single point of contact, and mentor regional subject matter experts.
Lead and defines standards for provider experience business applications.
Partners with management to identify high value initiatives.
Identifies and facilitates changes to provider experience processes to incorporate lessons learned from pre and post implementation claims audits.
Leads the standardization of operational readiness plans for provider experience initiatives and mentors team members on best practices.
Executes and delivers strategic initiatives effectively with focus on pricing, demographics or process improvements.
Responsible for overseeing large network file integrations within our SPS database.
Project manage incoming data files working directly with Healthplan leadership and business partners.
Conduct/facilitate data clean-up, remediation, process enhancements.
Support and lead large projects and initiatives.
Participate/influence success in new data file implementations.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of management experience in healthcare operations, network management, enterprise level project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $125,280 to $187,920
