Element6’s client in South Milwaukee is seeking for Sr Human Resource Professional for a director level opening for an industrial manufacturing company. This position is a strategic and visionary role to build a HR team for the future along to handling all daily operational tasks for your internal clients. Candidate needs to be comfortable behind the desk or out in the factory.

The ideal candidate needs at least 5 years of Human Resource Management work experience with a background building high preforming Human Resource Teams. Developing and implementing short-term & long-term HR strategies. Design and developed Human Resource teams that are customer service focused. Previous experience working with unions in a manufacturing and industrial environment. This position will be working onsite.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 – $68.00 per hour
