In this role you will provide operational support and project coordination for the Talent Acquisition team based in USA. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), you will strive to create the best possible recruitment experience for candidates, Hiring Managers, HR Business partners, etc. by assisting the team with coordination of interviews, candidate travel, offer letters and pre-employment screenings. In addition, you will develop your project and organizational skills by partnering with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and document policies & processes and provide oversight for several key business processes. The successful candidate will be organized, creative, and detail oriented with the ability to positively influence the growth of Electrolux North America!
