Our company needs an experienced Trainer with an extensive knowledge of delivery methods and training techniques. The Trainer will be asked to create custom training programs for individuals in a variety of topics, as well as to develop industry-specific training bundles for large corporations. This role is a key part of our organization and the successful candidate will be tasked with implementing training programs which include classroom instruction, mentoring and follow-up support.

Responsibilities:

• Help people do their job better.
• Teach people technical information.
• Teach people to work together better.
• Work with Excel spreadsheets of various sizes and formats.
• Provide training directly to employees, supervisors, or staff at meetings.
• Work with all different kinds of people.
• Work independently a lot of the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
