• Must have a desire to give excellent customer service!
• Need experience using computers including Microsoft Office
• Answering phones and response to customer emails.
• Assist customers with online or telephone orders using our website or catalog.
• Accurate, fast typing skills a must!
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a friendly and productive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attendance is a critical part of this job and you must commit to being on time every day you are scheduled to work. Poor attendence will be grounds for termination.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule between 7am-5pm Mon-Fri with a possibilty of Saturday.
• Ability to work through at least the end of June 2023 or longer depending on how busy we are.
• Ability to speak, read and write in fluent English.
• This is NOT a telemarketing job!
