Opulence Med Spa in beautiful San Francisco California is looking for a skilled sales and customer service expert to join our team. This role will play an essential role in representing Opulence’s brand voice and brand personality in the medical aesthetics field, particularly in the Bay Area.
The right candidate will have a deep passion for skincare, medical aesthetics and customer service. They will have the ability to engage clients in an authentic way, ensuring consistency in brand details and procedure terminology. They are self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven to work in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing office. They will have an eye for detail, be highly efficient and be a self starter.
What you will do:
· Demonstrate and sell Opulence products and services
· Build and maintain good customer and field representative relationships
· Keep accurate and complete patient records in EHR
· Safeguard all patient and office information
· Effectively communicate with customers, Co-workers, and providers
· Ensure all clients read and sign clinical waivers and patient history forms
· Recommend additional services to meet the patients needs
· Promote a professional, respectful and high performing environment
· Apply products and numbing to patients as necessary
· Take pride in helping patients achieve their aesthetic and skin care goals
· Be a self motivator who takes pride in achieving goals
· Strong time management skills and able to act with sense of urgency when needed
· Happy working in high performance fast paced environment
· Experience with a start-up highly preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
