Doherty Staffing Looking for Production Operator – Earn $25.35/hr Full Time

Bring your production skills to this new opportunity in the Delano area! Doherty Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer of polyethylene tanks in Saint Bonifacius, MN. We are seeking candidates for Production Operator roles on the 2nd shift. Hours for the 2nd shift are from 4:00pm-2:00am. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $25.35 per hour. Interested? What a Production Operator will do:

• Understand and control the operation of rotational molding equipment
• Reference set-up sheets to determine resin and colorant weights
• Utilize various scales required to accurately weigh resin and colorant
• Determine when product charge requires multiple containers using basic arithmetic
• Load resin into molds manually through use of buckets or mechanically through use of a forklift and resin bin
• Unload molded product by manual and mechanical means; applying water based mold release as required
• Assist in mold changes

What you need to be a Production Operator:

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Possess basic arithmetic skills
• Motivated to grow within the organization
