Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist: Quick Books Live Expierence

Brief description
The position of Accounts Receivable Specialist consists of examining and analyzing commissions and accounting records to determine recievables.
Duties
· Analyze and assess overall accuracy of reports.
Handles all invoices
· Evaluate and classify sales data and determine accuracy of calculations.
· Provide solutions for ad hoc requests.
· Assimilate, analyze and maintain records of receivables data through various sources.
· Collaborate with the team on managing receivables and resolving related issues.
· Interact with finance and sales departments on receivables issues.
· Contribute towards varied aspects of receivables and commissions process.
· Resolve and co-relate actual internal data.
· Command superior knowledge of all project related data and sustain records of the same.
· Summarize and submit receivables.
· Aid weekly and monthly reporting and bring to notice errors, if any.
· Diagnose variations in prices and data and make necessary amendments.
· Evaluate receivables guidelines periodically and suggest improvement measures.
· Performs staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of all receivables.
Tasks
· Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
Qualifications and requirements
· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
· Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
