Office Location: Alameda, CA
Weekly Work Schedule: Full-time with flexible schedule, Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00pm, sometimes on the weekend.
Starting Compensation: $70,000 salary with Bonus Incentives

Job Summary:
The Account Manager must be a high-energy individual with the “can-do” work ethic to match our very fast-growing affiliate office in Alameda, CA. They will work under general supervision at our local affiliate office. The Account Manager will to assist the General Manager and Sales team in a well-established, surveillance and social media monitoring private investigations company. They will be responsible for assisting on various sales, marketing and operational projects.
Specific Job Duties:
– Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings
-Perform monthly presentations in person or virtually
– Attend and participate in weekly operation meetings
– Log and document all sales-related activities in CRM
– Hand-deliveries on all surveillance cases to claims examiner and/or attorney when case is worker compensation and litigated
– Hand-deliveries on every surveillance for liability case (Intel and workers’ compensation)
– Debrief clients in person if the inside sales manager can set debrief appointment for high content reports
– Conduct in depth research on every claims examiner with whom we conduct business, and build Atlas contact page that contains five (5) points of contact at a minimum
– Meet every claims examiner within local market and facilitate monthly or quarterly lunches with the user and/or group of users
– Work with the inside sales manager to ensure clients go no longer than three (3) months without referring a new case, or reopening an old referral
– Meet every attorney within local market and facilitate quarterly lunches
– Warm-call prospective examiners in the local region who work at third-party administrators (TPA’s) with whom we currently conduct business
– Warm-call to generate more referrals from attorneys we currently conduct business with
– Conduct follow up calls/emails with prospective clients
– Send out mailers, letters and other correspondence to prospective claims examiners and attorneys
– Occasionally join the General Manager and the inside sales manager for employer meetings
– Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, not required.
– Must be high-energy, and maintain a “can-do” attitude!
– Work in a team environment with inside and outside staff members
– Communicate professionally with all clients
– Highly organized and effective communication skills, both written and oral a must
– Display interest in transitioning into a sales role in the future
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Strong presentation skills
– Self-motivated, and high-energy!
– Attention to detail
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Aptitude to quickly learn DigiStream’s suite of services to a high level of professional competence
